Processing Time

All orders are processed within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping:  5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, excluding processing time.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
  • Shipping costs apply for orders under $100 USD
  • Costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method

Import Duties and Taxes

Important: All prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees for the destination country/region.

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package status on the courier's website.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, peak seasons, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
